We told you that Gabrielle Union was allegedly let go from “America’s Got Talent” because she spoke out about “problematic racism and sexism.” Now, NBC and the production companies behind the show have agreed to hear her concerns about the workplace culture. In a statement to Entertainment Tonight, NBC, Fremantle, and Syco said, “We remain committed to ensuring a respectful workplace for all employees and take very seriously any questions about workplace culture. We are working with Ms. Union through her representatives to hear more about her concerns, following which we will take whatever next steps may be appropriate.” Gabrielle responded to the statement on Twitter with a picture with the requirements of a solid apology, adding “Anything less is covering your own [butt].” In the meantime, “Grey’s Anatomy” star Ellen Pompeo and “Will & Grace” star Debra Messing voiced support for Gabrielle in the wake of her alleged firing, with Debra even taking a swing at the network she works for.

We suspected it, but now it’s been confirmed - Caitlyn Jenner recently shared that she and Khloé Kardashian haven’t spoken in about five or six years, according to The Blast. During a confessional on Thursday’s episode of the British reality show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here,” Caitlyn said that she told each of her children about her transition separately, but when she told Khloé, “Khloé, for some reason, was p***ed off about something through this whole process, it’s been five or six years and I really haven’t talked to her since. We were really close - I raised her since she was five years old. I really don’t know what her issues are.”

Congratulations are in order for Kellan Lutz. The “Twilight” star’s wife, Brittany, is expecting their first child. They announced their happy news with a cute Instagram photo of them kissing while holding a tiny denim jacket that matched theirs. He captioned it, “So pumped for our lil family to grow... Get here already…Can’t wait to meet you, Little Lutz!”

Johnny Depp is producing a musical about Michael Jackson… told from the perspective of the late King of Pop’s glove, according to Page Six. The show apparently started off as a more conventional biopic before it evolved in light of the sexual abuse allegations against Michael Jackson. Julien Nitzberg wrote the “unauthorized” musical, “For the Love of a Glove: An Unauthorized Musical Fable About the Life of Michael Jackson, as told by his Glove.” To tackle the child abuse controversy, Julien’s idea was, “Everything MJ has been accused of has actually been caused by his glove, which is actually an alien from outer space [and] feeds on virgin boy blood.” Okay…. The upcoming musical will also feature puppet versions of the Jackson 5, Corey Feldman, Donny Osmond, and Jackson’s chimpanzee Bubbles.

Former One Direction singer Liam Payne got into a fight with a bouncer at a bar in Texas. TMZ reports that Liam, 26, and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Instagram model Maya Henry, initially got into the night club with no problem, but when they left and tried to get back in, his girlfriend was turned away. You can see just how angry Liam is in the video on TMZ. I know the drinking age in the UK is lower, so if he doesn’t like it here, he can take his girlfriend back there to party. It must have been some scuffle because his white shirt was filthy. Doesn’t he know you never wear a white shirt to a fight?

After making headlines for his stand-up bits about R. Kelly and his ex, Ariana Grande, Pete Davidson is protecting his jokes. According to Variety, he’s been handing out non-disclosure agreements before his recent shows. He’s asking those who come to his shows to sign a lengthy contract promising not to post any opinions about his routine on social media, or, face a $1 million fine. That’s the terms of his NDA according to attendees of his recent show in Sydney, Australia, and sources say the same contract was handed out Saturday in Chicago. One fan, Stacy Young, shared screenshots of the alleged NDA on Facebook. After refusing to sign, she said she was given a full refund and that’s it – no info on whether the NDA was for the sake of an upcoming comedy special, nothing. She told Variety, “I didn’t want to sign it because it was basically saying that I wasn’t able to comment on it or have an opinion.”

Kid Rock was reportedly booted from the stage during a recent performance at his Honky Tonk bar in Nashville, Tennessee, after going off on multiple television personalities. In a video shared by TMZ, Kid can be seen going on a drunken tirade against the stars before being dragged off by security. In the clip, Kid Rock gets booed by the crowd as he goes on an expletive-laced rant against Oprah, as well as Joy Behar and Kathie Lee Gifford. It’s no secret that he and Joy Behar have bad blood, but Oprah and Kathie Lee were a little more surprising. Taking to Twitter, Kid explained his issue with Oprah. He says he tried to set up an appearance on her show, that is until “her people” tried to make him “write down 5 reasons why I loved her and her show.”

Shawn Mendes had to cancel a show in Brazil. He tweeted a message to fans on November 30, "Sao Paulo, I’m so so sorry to have to tell you this, but today I woke up feeling ill, and went to the doctor, to find out I have laryngitis and a sinus infection which has caused swelling of my vocal cords. It breaks my heart to do this but my doctors told me I cannot perform tonight or it would risk long-term damage to my voice." Shawn is hoping he can still perform in Rio de Janeiro. And, tis the season for sickness, so we understand Shawn’s situation, but Madonna has canceled three dates of her "Madame X" tour dates in Boston saying she was experiencing "overwhelming" pain. She wrote on Facebook, "Please forgive this unexpected turn of events. Doing my show every night brings me so much joy and to cancel is a kind of punishment... But the pain I'm in right now is overwhelming, and I must rest and follow doctor's orders." She didn’t say what the issue was, but earlier this month, she told fans in San Francisco she was suffering from a "torn ligament" and "a bad knee." After her most recent tour date in Los Angeles, an Instagram video showed her taking "my usual ice bath for multiple injuries" and in an earlier video, she displayed a painful bruise on her right thigh. Unfortunately, those show will not be rescheduled "due to the tight scheduling through the balance of the year.”

Mariah Carey's “All I Want for Christmas Is You” turns 25 this year, but sadly, it has been voted the most annoying Christmas song in a UK poll. A recent survey from Huawei asked Brits to vote on what they considered to be the most annoying Christmas singles, and Mariah's seasonal song topped the list by a wide margin. Interesting, according to Nielson, "All I Want for Christmas Is You” has been the best-selling holiday single since they started tracking them in 2003, with more than 3,200,000 downloads and counting. So, do they just hate Christmas in the UK?

Sia reportedly surprised a handful of lucky shoppers at Walmart and TJ Maxx in Palm Springs, California, last week, according to TMZ. A shopper took a video that shows Sia going from register to register at the Palm Springs Walmart. When people asked who she was, Sia claimed her name was "Cici" and that she had just won the lottery. Other witnesses said they also saw Sia at Tj Maxx doing the same thing earlier in the day. Just call her Sia Claus.

“Aquaman” star Jason Momoa is “stoked” to be named GQ Australia’s Man of the Year. Jason, who is on the cover of the publication’s latest issue, which is out today, said of the honor, “Never in a million years did I think I would be the 2019 GQ Man of the Year. I’m really stoked that I got to beat all the Hemsworths because…you know…I finally deserve this.” Can’t argue that.

Disney’s “Frozen II” froze out the competition for the second weekend in a row with a five-day weekend total of $124 million. That not only means the animated sequel won the holiday weekend, it’s also broken the record of the biggest Thanksgiving weekend gross of all time. And you know who probably doesn’t care? Idina Menzel’s 10-year-old son. Idina said, “I practiced the newest song and my eight-year-old son at the time comes in and goes ‘shut up!’ Honestly, he does not care about Frozen! When he was in kindergarten and wanted a couple of cool crayons from a girl, he was like, ‘Hey, my mom’s in Frozen, I could get you an autograph.’ But other than that, he tells me to shut up in the car. I’m not allowed to sing.” Same, Idina, same. It makes me feel better that despite her amazing pitch and tune, even her kids won’t let her sing like mine won’t let me sing – or hum – or speak.
