Real estate of the rich…

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have sold their enormous Bel-Air home to Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen for $18,750,000, according to TMZ. That’s almost $10 million under the most recent asking price of $28,650,000 (it was initially listed for $35 million in 2017). But it’s easier to work out the deal now than it would be from behind bars.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are selling their home in Malibu for $7.99 million, just one year after buying it. Jennifer called it a "fixer-upper next to the water," so who better to help with the work than Joanna Gaines from HGTV's "Fixer Upper.” It’s got 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and it’s 4,400 square feet right on the beach of the Pacific Ocean. Doesn’t look like much based on the pics on tmz.com, but it comes with an outdoor deck, sauna, and giant closets. Alex had originally given Jen the home as a gift.

Ok! Magazine heard from many former Playboy Bunnies what it was like to live with the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, and none of them painted the experience in a good light. Holly Madison, who was one of the three Bunnies who co-starred in the reality television show “The Girls Next Door,” said that after a while she started to feel trapped. She explained in her book, “Everyone thinks that the infamous metal gate was meant to keep people out. But I grew to feel it was meant to lock me in.” Her fellow co-star, Kendra Wilkinson, said, “I moved in, and weeks went by, and I didn’t know that sex was involved. I knew nothing about Playboy. I’d just graduated high school.” For nights with Hugh, Kendra said, “I had to be very drunk or smoke lots of weed to survive those nights…It was like a job.” Izabella St. James told The Sun, “We had to go to Hef’s room, wait while he picked up all the dog poo off the carpet — and then ask for our allowance. We all hated this process. Although we all did our best to decorate our rooms and make them homey, the mattresses on our beds were disgusting — old, worn and stained. The sheets were past their best too.” Carla Howe added, “If you do something wrong, you’ll get an email. There’s a strict code of conduct. There are even rules about Instagram and Twitter. You’ve got to show everything in a good light and if you’re drunk in a picture you’ll be in trouble.” Finally, Crystal Harris, who married Hugh when she was 26 and he was 86, said to The Sun, “When I first met Hef I was this kind of insecure college girl. He taught me love. He taught me kindness. He gave me life. He really did. (But) I’m not turned on by Hef, sorry.” They’re complaining, yet this was the choice they made. And maybe he was a dirty pervert, but they made the choice to stay for all the benefit$ they were privy to, whether it be money or fame or connections or whatever else they craved. Each girl should have known going in that even a gold digger has to do a little dirty work.

Tamar Braxton's upcoming reality show premiere is being pushed back by the network after her apparent suicide attempt, according to TMZ. "Get Ya Life!" is being moved from July 30 to September 10 because of Tamar's current health situation. WE TV said, "At this moment we are joining with her fans and sending strength and healing in the hope that she is getting the support and help she needs at this difficult time." Tamar had implied the stress she was feeling over disagreeing with the network over her show played a part in her suicide attempt. Read more at tmz.com.

We told you that Martha Stewart posted her first thirst trap picture at the age of 78. And in case you were wondering, it worked. She jokingly told E!’s Daily Pop that she got 14 proposals, though “I don’t know what for.” Hmm…we bet you don’t (wink, wink).

“America’s Got Talent” is back next week, but the judges will see contestants from an all-new drive-in movie theater set, according to Full Feed. Judges Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel spoke to Extra about it. Howie said, “They created a way, if we are lucky enough to have a Season 16, I would imagine that’s the way they will do it... The production of the acts is so much more than it would have been had they been on a dark stage somewhere.” Heidi added, “It is the best solution that we could continue on, and it’s still amazing… I think the people at home will enjoy it.”

"Star Trek: Discovery" actress Sonequa Martin-Green gave birth to her second child on July 19, according to AceShowbiz. She and her husband, her former "The Walking Dead" co-star Kenric Green, welcomed a daughter with a water birth at their home. She posted, "Her name is Saraiyah Chaunte Green, she's got Mommy's initials and Mommy's middle name. She's utterly perfect, just like her brother.” Sonequa and Kenric, who are celebrating ten years of marriage this year, welcomed their first child, son Kenric II, in January of 2015.

“30 Rock” actor Tracy Morgan and Megan Wollover are getting divorced, according to People. Tracy released a statement saying, “Sadly, after nearly five years of marriage, Megan and I are filing for divorce. This is a challenging time for all involved, so I ask that you please respect our privacy.” The two first met back in 2011 on a blind date and announced their engagement on the Emmys red carpet that September. They got married in August 2015, almost a year and a half after Tracy was in a car accident where he almost died.

Real Housewives round-up…

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville is still adamant that she and her co-star Denise Richards had an affair. Brandi showed a Twitter exchange between her and Denise, which she says proves there was something going on between them, though to me, it reads otherwise. Brandi said she stayed in Denise’s hotel room on the night of their alleged affair, but the screenshot of her texts with Denise show that Denise said she’ll have the hotel send up an extra bed instead of Brandi sleeping on the coach.

Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Meghan King’s ex-husband Jim Edmonds is hitting back at her new boyfriend, Christian Schauf, for running his mouth about him in the press. A rep for Edmonds says he’s “never met or even exchanged one word” with Meghan’s new man, despite Christian saying Jim is “not so easy to deal with.”

AceShowbiz reports that "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador is the latest celebrity to test positive for COVID-19. In her recent Instagram post, Shannon also revealed that her 3 daughters - 18-year-old Sophie and 14-year-old twins Stella and Adeline- have it as well. Orange County is one of the areas in California that have seen a huge increase in COVID-19 in recent weeks. Shannon is worried because she has double lung damage and doesn’t know how having the virus is going to affect her.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” are back to work for season 11, and according to TMZ, Teresa Guidice will be the main focus of the show again, with the storyline pretty much picking up where it left off, focusing on her relationship with her estranged husband, Joe, who is in Italy after losing an appeal in his deportation case last year. Not sure how the other ladies feel about Teresa getting the spotlight again this season, but maybe if they lead saucier lives, they might get the lead next time.

Mara Soriano has been reunited with the teddy bear which contained the voice of her late mother who died from cancer last year. Ryan Reynolds and other celebrities got together to put out a plea for the bear’s return. Apparently, someone emailed Mara to let her know that the bear had been found. Ryan shared the news on Twitter, captioning a picture of her with the bear, “Thank you to everyone who searched high and low. To the person who took the bear, thanks for keeping it safe.” Mara was so grateful to Ryan for his help spreading the word and offering a $5,000 reward that she tweeted, “BREAK OUT THE @AviationGin, @VancityReynolds!!! MAMABEAR IS HOME!!! #FOUNDMARASBEAR” No word on whether the other items that were stolen from Mara – including her passport, her iPad, or her Nintendo Switch – were returned, but the smile on her face was enough to tell us that it was really the bear that mattered.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's troubles seem new to us, mostly happening over the last few weeks since his public outbursts, but AceShowbiz reports that the couple has been having trouble for much longer, living separately for the last year, in fact. A source told Us Weekly, "Kanye has been in Wyoming for the last year. When together, things are fine between them, but they haven't been spending time together because he moved his life completely to Wyoming and that's not where their life is, their family is, their kids are in school or the larger family is.” The source added, “Kim goes about once every five weeks and brings the kids." And from what we hear, her visit to Wyoming didn’t last long – sources say she’s already back home.

An appeals court has ruled that Ashley Judd can sue Harvey Weinstein over an alleged incident in the 90s. Her claim was originally tossed by the lower court on the grounds that Ashley was not Harvey’s employee at the time of their meeting-gone-wrong in the mid-90s. But now, the three-panel judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed that decision, determining that Harvey did in fact hold power over Ashley’s career when he invited her to his hotel room. The court has given Ashley permission to go forward with her retaliation and defamation claims, but the harassment claim has been tossed based on California law. Now, the case will head back to the lower court to play out. I don’t know exactly what that means, but it’s ruling in Ashley’s favor, and that’s all that matters. “Underworld” actress Kate Beckinsale had quite the day. She discovered someone anonymously left a bunny named Marvel on her doorstep in Los Angeles. Apparently, there were also flowers left with the bunny, along with a basket with what appears to be food for Marvel. Check out the video at dlisted.com. She posted other videos (some have been deleted), but also asked fans not to get any ideas. Hey, at least the rabbit was alive and not served up in a “Fatal Attraction” way. Honestly, I watched the video, and I totally forgot to look at the rabbit because all I could focus on was how Kate was dressed for the quarantine life. While my quarantine wardrobe is the same icky brown bleach-stained house dress (or should I say sack), Kate’s walking around her kitchen like she’s the goth version of Vivian from “Pretty Woman” – thigh high black boot heels, fitted black shorts, and a tight black tube top. She looks amazing, but like, what is going on? Why the glam? All I know is I guess I need to up my quardrobe game.  Seeing her look was like a slap in the face
