Kanye West talked with “Forbes Magazine” and said...a lot of stuff. Kanye says he is not running as part of the Democratic party or Republican party, but rather The Birthday Party.  ''Because when we win, it's everybody's birthday.''

On His Campaign Slogan - Kanye West tells Forbes magazine that he already has a presidential campaign slogan in mind. "Well, my second album is called 'Late Registration.' I got a rap. The other thing is, my campaign is Kanye West YES, not YEP, not YEAH. YES. YES. YES. When I’m president, let’s also have some fun."

On Taxes - Kanye West tells Forbes magazine that he hasn't decided whether he will raise or lower taxes if he becomes president. "I haven’t done enough research on that yet. I will research that with the strongest experts that serve God and come back with the best solution. And that will be my answer for anything that I haven’t researched. I have the earplug in and I’m going to use that earplug."

“Glee” actress Naya Rivera is missing. Her four-year-old son, Josey, was found floating alone on a rented boat on Lake Piru in Ventura County yesterday.

The “Daily Mail” says that the local Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a boy alone on a boat yesterday evening. As the story goes, another boater spotted the vessel drifting, went to investigate and found the child alone and sleeping. Officials say that according to Josey, they both went swimming, but she didn’t get back on board. Apparently, he had on a life vest, but she didn’t. A search and rescue dive team for the 33-year-old will resume this morning at first light.

The 2020 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony was supposed to take place in May, and was then postponed until November due to the coronavirus. Well, now an actual ceremony won’t be taking place at all.  The HOF just announced that they’ve canceled this year’s live induction and instead will air a virtual induction on HBO on November 7th.

“To protect the health and safety of our Inductees, their families, crews and our attendees, we’ve made the decision that the scheduled live event is not possible,” John Sykes, Chairman of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, says in a statement. “Together with HBO and executive producer Joel Gallen, we will still create an exciting program honoring our 2020 inductees, by telling the stories of their incredible contributions to music and impact on a generation of artists that followed them.”

This year’s artist inductees include Depeche Mode, the Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Nine Inch Nails, the Notorious B.I.G., and T-Rex.

Sacha Baron Cohen can pull a good prank, but his attempt with Rudy Giuliani almost got him arrested. “Page Six” says The former New York City mayor and top adviser to President Donald Trump says he called the cops on Cohen when he tried to trick him into a spoof interview.

Giuliani thought things were legit on Tuesday when he arrived at the Mark Hotel in Manhattan on Tuesday, where he was going to be interviewed about the Trump administration’s response to COVID-19. Things started off normal with a female interviewer and a professional set-up… until Cohen busted in the room in a wild outfit, including a pink bikini.

Giuliani didn’t recognize the comedian, who came in “yelling and screaming,” so at that point Giuliani called the cops on the apparent “scam or shake-down.” There was no arrest, Cohen got away. “I only later realized it must have been Sacha Baron Cohen,” Giuliani adds. “I thought about all the people he previously fooled and I felt good about myself because he didn’t get me.”

If you’re wondering if Kanye West is serious about running for president, the answer is an unadulterated yes. He opened up about his aspirations in his recent “Forbes Magazine” interview.

On How He Would Run America - Kanye West says that he wants to run the White House like Wakanda from "Black Panther" if he becomes president. "I’m gonna use the framework of Wakanda right now because it’s the best explanation of what our design group is going to feel like in the White House. That is a positive idea: you got Kanye West, one of the most powerful humans—I’m not saying the most, because you got a lot of alien level superpowers and it’s only collectively that we can set it free. Let’s get back to Wakanda. Like in the movie in Wakanda, when the king went to visit that lead scientist to have the shoes wrap around her shoes. Just the amount of innovation that can happen, the amount of innovation in medicine—like big pharma—we are going to work, innovate together ... we have so many soldiers that die for our freedom, our freedom of information, that there is a cure for AIDS out there, there is going to be a mix of big pharma and holistic."

Janelle Monae is doing her part to help those hard hit by the coronavirus outbreak. “UPI” says her WondaLunch food program partnered with Democratic U.S. Reps. Maxine Waters and Nanette Diaz Barragan, plus actress Yara Shahidi to hand out fresh meals In Los Angeles to those impacted by the outbreak. The meals handed out yesterday contained fresh fruit, vegetables and poultry. Monae has already brought her WondaLunch to Atlanta and Inglewood, California. Mariah Carey fans are anxiously awaiting her memoir, which will be released September 29th on Andy Cohen’s imprint. And now the singer just penned a note on Instagram to share with fans how “incredibly hard” it’s been for her.

"It took me a lifetime to have the courage and the clarity to write my memoir,” she shares. “I want to tell the story of all the moments — the ups and downs, the triumphs and traumas, the debacles and the dreams, that contributed to the person I am today.”

She explains, “This book is composed of my memories, my mishaps, my struggles, my survival and my songs,” adding, “Unfiltered, I went deep into my childhood and gave the scared little girl inside of me a big voice. I let the abandoned and ambitious adolescent have her say, and the betrayed and triumphant woman I became tell her side.”

Finally Mariah notes, “Writing this memoir was incredibly hard, humbling and healing. My sincere hope is that you are moved to a new understanding, not only about me, but also about the resilience of the human spirit."

In the reality TV world, it has always been more of an asset to be bad. But in this day and age, networks have started to rethink that concept. That’s why they’ve started offering good behavior bonuses in their contracts.

An insider tells “Page Six” that the networks aren’t looking for a bunch of goody two-shoes. “They’re talking about ‘behaving well’ as in not using racial slurs on social media and not getting into fights with castmates,” the source noted. “It’s not a high bar.”

This report comes on the heels of last month’s firing of “Vanderpump Rules” stars Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Brett Caprioni, and Max Boyens.

Kanye West had a big interview with “Forbes Magazine” and said that he no longer wears his Donald Trump "Make America Great Again" hat. "I am taking the red hat off ... one of the main reasons I wore the red hat was as a protest to the segregation of votes in the black community. Also, other than, the fact that I like Trump hotels and the saxophones in the lobby."

‘Ye already has a running mate. He chose Michelle Tidball, a preacher from Wyoming who reportedly offers biblical life coaching for $65 for 50-minute sessions.

He says he loves China because his mother – the late Donda West – taught English there when he was in the 5th grade. And while Trump has referred to the disease as the Wuhan Flu, Kanye doesn’t see it that way. “It’s not the Chinese people’s fault. They’re God’s people also,” he noted. “It changed my life. It changed my perspective, it gave me such a wide perspective.”

Yesterday, we gave you the rundown on Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s first day in court for his libel case against “The Sun.” As the trial goes on, the High Court is getting a look into Depp’s party lifestyle.

In court on Wednesday, the court saw pictures taken by Heard of Depp's drug and alcohol paraphernalia, like a pint of whiskey, lines of cocaine, and Depp’s skull and crossbones “pill box.” She reportedly took the photos at her Los Angeles home in 2013 before one of their blowouts about his drug and alcohol use, on an afternoon he was supposed to be filming a doc about Keith Richards from The Rolling Stones – in fact, a Keith Richards CD can be seen in one of the photos.

Among other explosive claims, Depp responded to allegations he slapped Heard after she laughed at his Winona Ryder tattoo. The tattoo used to say “Winona Forever,” but he got it changed to “Wino Forever” after he and Ryder broke up. Depp denies ever slapping Heard, let alone over a tattoo. The “Daily Mail” has more details.

And just earlier this month, we told you that Brad was spotted at Angie’s house for the first time since their split.
