George Clooney confirmed that he gave 14 of his closest friends $1 million each in 2013. He told GQ for their Men of the Year issue that his movie “Gravity” was about to be released that year, and according to George, “because they didn’t want to pay us, they gave us percentages of the movie, ‘cause they thought it was gonna be a flop, and that ended up being a very good deal.” He added, “I thought, ‘What I do have are these guys who’ve all, over a period of 35 years, helped me in one way or another.’ I’ve slept on their couches when I was broke. They loaned me money when I was broke. They helped me when I needed help over the years. And I’ve helped them over the years. We’re all good friends. And I thought, ‘You know, without them, I don’t have any of this.’ And we’re all really close.” George said he bought 14 bags and put a million dollars in each one. The next day, all his friends came over and George said, “I just held up a map and I just pointed to all the places that I got to go in the world and all the things I’ve gotten to see because of them. And I said, ‘How do you repay people like that?’ And I said, ‘Oh, well: How about a million bucks?’

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are really into robes. Even though we’ve seen Chrissy in quite a few different robes, John admitted, “I'm known to wear quite a few robes myself. Usually Chrissy will buy me a new robe for every holiday or as a birthday gift or something. My birthday is right around the holidays, so it all kind of melds together. So she usually gets me robes for my birthday. And I love wearing those around the house.” I think we’re all wearing a lot of robes these days.

I moved right into it. I really hope I get an eye patch because that would be a f***ing look.” Well, she did, in fact, get an eye patch. She said on Instagram, “The only good thing about this is that it does look like I could maybe poison you and kick the s*** out of you, just by looking at you.” She later posted a video of herself wearing the eye patch and a face shield, writing “Some 2020 s***.” See the pics at extratv.com.
