Demi Lovato’s ex-fiance, Max Ehrich, will not quit his public pity party over their split, and she’s finally had enough of it. According to OK!, a source said the final straw was that he “has been trying to get in contact with her family and friends and they have all blocked him.” The source added, “She’s in contact with lawyers now on what to do.” What else do you expect a guy who’s grown up on “The Young and the Restless” to do? It’s in his blood to be dramatic. In the meantime, AceShowbiz has pics of Max “moving on” with “American Idol” singer Sonika Vaid that Max shared on his Instagram account too.

The world’s most followed person in the world on Instagram, soccer star Christiano Ronaldo, has tested positive for COVID-19. According to a statement from the Portugal national team, Christiano is “well, without symptoms, and in isolation.” The statement continued, “Following the positive test, the remaining players underwent new tests on Tuesday morning, and all produced a negative result and are available to Fernando Santos for training this afternoon.”

Justin Bieber has just dropped his own signature Crocs. According to Kaiser, the shoes sold out in minutes and are currently up on eBay. The JB Crocs are yellow with eight custom Jibbitz charms designed to match his “good vibes and laid-back style.” They sold for $59.99. If you really want to look like Mickey Mouse – er, I mean, Justin Bieber - then these yellow shoes are definitely the way to go.

“The Bachelorette” star Clare Crawley dished about how she fell right away for contestant Dale Moss, who she is reportedly now engaged to. She told Us Weekly that when she met Dale, “It was one of those moments where you don’t know it until you experience it, what exactly the feeling is. I still can’t put it into words what that feeling is though. It was when your body has that kind of, like, a goosebumpy reaction to things; it just takes your breath away.”

Remember that wild bachelorette party “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey had where two cast members allegedly hooked up with one of the exotic dancers? Word on the street is that Porsha Williams and Tanya Sam were the wild ones. Even though Porsha has denied being involved, she’s allegedly now following BOLO the Entertainer on Instagram. I checked out his page – for research purposes only. I can see why she’s interested in following him.

Actress Conchata Ferrell, who was best known for playing housekeeper Berta on “Two and a Half Men,” died Monday of complications following cardiac arrest. She was 77. Conchata died peacefully surrounded by family, according to TMZ. She was also known for her many TV roles and movie roles, including “Mystic Pizza,” “Erin Brockovich,” and “Edward Scissorhands.” Her Two and a Half Men” co-stars had some kind words to remember her; Charlie Sheen wrote, “an absolute sweetheart/consummate pro/a genuine friend/a shocking and painful loss. Berta, your housekeeping was a tad suspect, your "people" keeping was perfect.” Jon Cryer wrote, “Berta’s gruff exterior was an invention of the writers. Chatty’s warmth and vulnerability were her real strengths. I’m crying for the woman I’ll miss, and the joy she brought so many.”

"Schitt's Creek" was on a high after sweeping the comedy categories at the Emmys, but now co-creator and star Dan Levy has had his bubble burst. He is calling out Comedy Central in India claiming censorship of a gay kiss to promote the show over there, according to TMZ. Dan tweeted, "This is a show about the power of inclusivity. The censorship of gay intimacy is making a harmful statement against that message. #loveislove." Dan, who is gay, plays one of the first openly pansexual characters on TV. In the meantime, Dan’s co-star, Annie Murphy, who played his sister, Alexis Rose, on the show, visited Cheers pub in Boston earlier this month, according to masslive.com. She is here in Massachusetts filming an AMC show. She’s been posting pics from our state on Instagram, including the Turtle Boy statue at Worcester City Hall Common, writing “So far, the Massachusetts statue game is incredibly strong.” I’ve never seen this statue, but now that I have, color me pink. I have no words to explain what I’ve seen.

There is big-time behind-the-scenes drama with “Dancing with the Stars.” You remember last week Tyra Banks threw the production crew under the bus when she read the wrong names for elimination. At the time, she said, “I’m so sorry. This is live TV. I was reading my cards, but my cards were wrong.” But now, sources say she won’t let it go. A source told OK!, “Tyra was warned after she attacked the staff last week to move on. Blaming others isn’t a good look, and it isn’t smart. There are literally hundreds of people working behind-the-scenes to make her and the show a success, and she keeps trashing them.” The insider added, “Tyra just cannot let last week’s elimination error go. She brings it up in every meeting, but no one thought she was going to bring it up on-air during the live show again. At this point, the staff is close to revolting. Tyra is going to have a mutiny on her hands if she isn’t careful.” Even more, the source said, “Tyra suspects someone is trying to sabotage her. Tyra was made to ad lib through the moment and was totally unprepared. When Tyra is out of her comfort zone she gets nasty and blames others.”

I told you “Pursuit of Love” co-stars Dominic West, 50, and Lily James, 31, made headlines when they were spotted kissing and cozying up to each other in Rome (he wasn’t even wearing his wedding ring). And that his wife found out the hard way. Well, here’s the update from Dominic and his wife of ten years, Catherine FitzGerald. The two released a hand-written statement, which read, “Our marriage is strong and we're very much still together. Thank you. Catherine and Dominic." They also posed for a pap shot, which, based on their body language, wasn’t conveying what is was meant to. Both had their hands in the pockets, bodies positioned apart, and the kiss was more of a lip smash. See the photo at extratv.com.

Kelly Clarkson is making sure her kids are okay throughout her divorce from Brandon Blackstock. Kelly told Extra, “You know, one day, we were like, ‘Wow, this is really forever changed,’ and it’s not just my heart that is forever changed, there are other little hearts involved.” Kelly said her daughter, River Rose, 6, and son, Remington Alexander, 4, are in therapy. She explained, “We have a lot of help as far as therapists or child psychologists because we want to do it right. I definitely want to do it right. Everyone’s sad and it’s OK to be sad.”

LeBron James' daughter, Zhuri, is turning 6, and she’s already got her own pad. LeBron has a custom miniature house, an exact replica of the one the family lives in, built in the backyard. At the very least, it’s got a grand entry, living room, and kitchen. Zhuri let dad in, but she got visibly annoyed when he tracked dirt into her foyer and grabbed a napkin to clean it up. See the adorable video at tmz.com. I’ll warn you though, once you get a look, you’re not going to feel great about where your own place. Trust me, I know.
